  • An introduction to the worker co-op model and an overview of efforts to organize, launch, and sustain worker co-op businesses in Boulder County
  • Speakers from organizations including the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union, the Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center, and local co-op businesses
  • Networking opportunities with like-minded participants and presenters for exchanging ideas and deciding next steps

This event is intended for (1) lower income individuals hoping to start a business, (2) entrepreneurs who want to know more about the model, and (3) established businesses interested in conversion.
